Yet another beautiful church built by my Grandfather Richard P Winter, Master Mason. Winter Brothers Construction. Located in Pickering.
Apparently the crane broke when one of the domes was being set in place.
This is just one example of the beautiful local stone work done by my Grandfather and his brother Gardner Winter.
*Addendum - My Grandfather also built the field stone pillars (with wrought iron gates) outside of the Pickering Library. Erroneously dated as built in the 1920's.
