Steele Memorial unveiling ceremony, in front of Orillia Public Library (Carnegie building). L to R Col. Harwood Steele, Asst. Commissioner George B. McLellan, Clarence Steele, who unveiled the monument. July 8, 1954.

Notes

Monument was moved to the Steele homestead at Fairvalley in Medonte Township in June 1974.
