Visual & Performing Arts Newmarket (VPAN) is a community-based, not-for-profit organization. Their goal since their inception in 1988 has been to promote a variety of professional musical performances and exhibitions of fine art in northern York Region. The collection of images chronicles the volunteer organization's events through the years. The pages were compiled and arranged by Marcia Sinclair of VPAN and digitized by Newmarket Public Library. In 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 new pages were added to the scrapbook to reflect the latest season. VPAN’s website is www.vpan.ca
