- A glossy black and white portrait of Richard T. Raycraft.

- Richard Thomas Raycraft was Reeve of Biddulph Township, being first elected in 1914 and intermittently holding the office for 12 years. He was elected Warden of Middlesex in 1927.
He was born in 1867 and died July 6, 1931 at age 63.
This undated photograph, judging from his age, may have been taken ca. 1927 when he was Warden of Middlesex. There is no indication of who the photographer was. There is a handwritten inscription on the back.
The map shows the approximate location in Biddulph Township where he lived.
