A formal portrait of a somber looking couple. Walter Nixon is seated in a chair. Mrs. Nixon stands beside him with her right hand resting on his left shoulder.
Notes
This undated cabinet card photograph was taken by John Cooper who was in business as a photographer from 1857-1890. His business was located at 198 Dundas Street until 1875. He then moved to 440/442 Clarence Street.

The geographic location shown is for 198 Dundas Street.

The photographer's imprint and logo beneath the photograph is very faint. There is a handwritten inscription on the back.
