Inscribed between the upper and lower double windows in the centre of the building is "Simcoe Street School". A fence runs along in front.
- Notes
- Simcoe Street School, also known as Governor Simcoe School, was located on the north side of Simcoe Street just east of Clarence Street. Built in 1887, it was demolished in 1976.
