- Mr. Edmund Raymond was listed in the 1856/57 London City Directory as a hatter & furrier. The London and Middlesex County Directory for 1888 lists the business at 260 Dundas Street. Mr. Raymond died December 11, 1888 at the age of 79 years, according to his Ontario death registration.
