Mrs. Christopher Coombs was Ann Marshall, who in 1834 at 14 years old, came to Canada from Ireland with her father, Joseph. Ann and Christopher had a daughter they named Elizabeth. Museum London holds Ann's doll, "Fanny," and Elizabeth's doll, "Lucy."
