- Description
- Black and white photograph of the west side of Richmond Street looking south towards the corner of York Street. The building in the right foreground houses the Music Hall which faces onto Richmond. A sign hangs above the doorway on the right side of the building advertising Billiard Rooms. Across York Street on the southwest corner is the Tecumseh House Hotel. Notice the tall pole in the left foreground supporting six tiers of wires. There are several horse and buggy combinations either parked or traveling on the street and a few pedestrians stroll along the wooden sidewalks.
