- A black and white photograph featuring the Grigg House Hotel. To the left in the picture, a horse and wagon can be seen heading north beside the street railway tracks up a muddy and wet Richmond Street. Several warmly dressed passersby stand on the York Street side of the hotel. There may be traces of snow on the ground. The first building to the east of the hotel is A.M. Smith and Co. Wholesale Grocers.
