- A glossy black and white print showing a front and side view of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church. The Bishop's Palace, later called St. Peter's Rectory, can be seen at the back of the church. A wooden fence surrounds the grounds.

- St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church was formerly called St. Lawrence Church. The name changed from St. Lawrence to St. Peter's in 1856.
The inscription at the bottom of the photograph was added in 1939. PG L56 - Inscriptions
- St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, north-east corner of Richmond St. and Dufferin Ave. Erected 1851-2. The farewell sermon was given in this church in 1885, when it was replaced by the present St. Peter's Cathedral, on the same [site but farther back on the lot. Behind the church is St. Peter's Rectory, north-west corner Dufferin Ave. and Clarence St. About 1875.]
