- Description
- A glossy black and white print showing a front and side view of the Middlesex County Court House.
- Notes
- The Middlesex County Court House, known as the London District Court House prior to 1850, was originally designed by John Ewart. This photograph was taken after the extensive alterations that were made in 1878. A new courthouse was constructed in 1974 and this building became redundant. It is now the Middlesex County Building and houses the County's administrative offices.
The inscription, not seen on the digital copy, was added to the original photograph in 1939.
