- Glossy black and white photograph of Richmond Street showing a muddy streetscape that spans several blocks, looking north from a vantage point just south of York Street. In the left foreground one can see a streetcar perhaps about to pick up three pedestrians who are standing on the street. On a side street (York Street) on the left of the picture is a team of horses waiting patiently. Note the horse trough in the right foreground.

- Richmond Street, looking north from the Tecumseh House (erected 1856) and the Grand Trunk Railway (now the C.N.R.) Station. On the left, a corner of the Tecumseh House; then the building occupied for years by the London Advertiser. The building with the mansard roof is the Masonic Temple, corner King and Richmond Streets. On the right, the Grigg House, north-east corner York and Richmond Streets. About 1890.
