Robert Fraser and Ian Wilson both on strike from Wolverine Tube, discovered that they had been sentenced to 5-7 days in jail for contempt of court, they were most worried that they would miss the Czechoslovakian National Team vs. OHA Senior All-stars hockey game on January 7, 1965. The charges were brought on by Wolverine Tube after the men participated in a violent demonstration at the plant on September 22, 1964.
