November 17, 1948 Students shake their fists at an effigy representing the University of Toronto hanging in front of the Arts building. "Trample Toronto" was the rallying cry for a November 20, 1948 football game. The effigy was later burned at the CNR station while the UWO band played funeral music. University of Toronto won the game 18 to 7.
