The Fitzgibbon House (sign by John C. Traher), the building still stands on the northwest corner of Richmond and Piccadilly, in this photo, there was a rooming-house above and a tavern below.

This photo is of a totally different building. There's no record of a "Fitzgibbon House" in London and the details of construction are different than the current building on that corner

Looking at the photo in the book this record points to, we have no reason to believe it is not the same building. Details of the brickwork near the roof and above the windows have changed, but the same general architecture remains.
