- the mother of the first Londoner to die

in the present war, Mrs. Peter Fay, opened

the third Victory Loan campaign in this

city this morning, purchasing the first

bond. Seated at her left is H.I. Smith,

organizer of the loan drive in No. 4

Division where Mrs. Fay resides. Standing

- left to right are: J.C. Seybold, organizer

and W.J. Noxon, organizer in No. 2 Division
