Source - Waller was an officer in one of the
regiments which from the 1870s formed the
King's Shropshire Light Infantry and kept
a photographic record of various tours of duty
at home and abroad. The precise chronology
is not indicated in the album, but the photo-
graphs of London are in a position which
suggests that Waller was there in the period
leading up to 1867
