15-21 STANLEY STREET (c1843)
The original front section (facing the Thames River)
was built c1843 for James Givens, noted London
District Judge. Not only one of the oldest houses
in London, it is also one of the last of the great
South London mansions. In 1883 the house was
enlarged to create the terrace seen today.
