Gzowski, Sir Casimir Card 2
The work done including "planking" of roads leading
from London to (Port) Sarnia, Port Stanley, Delaware
and east of the city. Gzowski built the original
Brough's Bridge on Richmond street. This was
replaced in the 1890's by a newer structure. You
may still see the site — the present two bridge
site on Richmond street, not far north of the U
entrance. The story told is that Gzowski tested
the strength of his original bridge there, by sitt—
ing underneath while a battery or troop of British
