Notes
The corner stone for the new St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church (now First St. Andrew's United Church), on the north east corner of Queens Avenue and Waterloo Street (now 350 Queens Avenue) was laid on May 25th, 1868 and the new building was formerly opened for worship on October 31st, 1869 on the same site as the old frame church whose foundation stone was laid on October 26th, 1842 and was opened on September 3rd, 1843. The manse at 356 Queens Avenue was built in 1871.

The photographer's imprint appears beneath the photograph.

A guess has been made that this photograph was taken ca. 1875.
