On August 24, 1928, the first official air mail plane arrived in London in a drenching rain, on route from Windsor to Hamilton and Toronto.
On August 29, 1928, the first air mail plane arrived in London on route from Toronto to Windsor and other points to the west. The weather this day was fair.
Given the fact that this photograph shows a sunny day, it's thought that this photograph may have been taken on August 29, 1928 when the first air mail plane arrived in London on route from Toronto to Windsor. PG B7
