- A card mounted portrait of a young man wearing a closely tailored double breasted overcoat with a wide collar. Under his coat can be seen the bordered high collar of a military uniform. In his hands he holds a baton and perhaps another cap made of fur. On his close cropped head he wears his Persian lamb cap at a jaunty angle.

- Apart from the handwritten date on the back of this portrait and the portrait of the young man himself we have no clues as to his identity or if he was a resident or a relative of a London, Ontario family.
