I am a cycling historian & collector from London. I reviewed your image and date it around 1897-99. The rear cycle I was able to identify from its head badge as a Dominion, made by Welland Vale bicycle company in Welland Ont. circa 1897-98. These machines are all from this period. Note the front cycle retains a Tillman alarm (bicycle bell), also from this period and has a Garford saddle with wooden frame
