A reprint of an original card mounted photograph identified as Amberlay Lodge.
Notes
The inscription on the reverse of the original photograph that this reprint is taken from is handwritten in black ink.

Prior to 1890 when South London was annexed by the City of London, the area was mainly residential with large park lots and estates and lovely tree lined streets. This charming clapboard house at 219 Wortley Road has long since been replaced by a brick house.
