I just did a history walk of the grounds around the station this past Sunday. I noticed the Stouffville Jct. which means the Lake Simcoe Junction R.R. had joined the station.
I found it interesting the crates saying Coleman's Bread and wondered the connection is this coming or going, one wonders. The local wagon (taxi) was waiting. Just above the horse are some flowers, maybe roses; however in the background is the corner of the Barkey foundry building. I also love the size of the board walk near the station.
