The HG&B carbarn/station was located on King st, just west of Queen. The photo date is unknown, but it was taken before the Dec 28 1919 fire that badly damaged the building.

When rail line closed in 1931- 1932, later in the 50's became Sutherland Garage and sold Buicks .

I believe it to be what was till recent times the old 'XL' gas station, which stood in the corner of what is now a plaza parking area. I rented an apartment in the house beside it in the 1970s.
