- Description
- The front view of a brick building with a single door. There is a cross on the roof. There is a chimney sticking out above the roof in the back.
- Notes
- The church was built in 1866 to service the Irish Catholic workers who were building the railway through the Niagara region. It was no longer needed by 1887. In 1900 permission to sell the structure was granted. The building was destroyed by fire around 1916. Recently, 2006, as construction was starting on a housing development, human remains were found in what appears to be a cemetery in the area of the former church.
