Description
Sarah Barr Thompson was born in 1849 in Bedford Township the daughter of William Barr and Sarah Stinson. In 1881, she married Arthur Thompson. Her daughter Alice was the wife of lockmaster Herman Warren of Chaffey's Lock. The last few years of her life she was blind from cataracts. She was a midwife and delivered many children in North Crosby and Bedford Township areas.
