As part of Judy Timpany's program,each member was asked to fill out a questionaire of the things we like to do best.We also ratev a list of ten situations which most upset us. The membership voted to donate equally to the Elgin and the Weatport Nursery Schools. Ruth reported on a letter received in thanks for our donation to a child's dental work. Final plans were made for the lunch booth at the craft market. ' Roma's program on 'leisure' touched on. the emotional and physical benefits we receive from time we make to enjoy leisure. Roma's guest, Mary Provost. displays and sells jewellery in her spare time. Mary demonstrated various pieces for the membership. The lunch booth at the Rideau Crafts market enjoyed a very successful day again this year. The drafting depart- 272-2863 ment of R.D.H.S. made signs to guide people to"The Eatery“, where Marjorie McCann outdid herself again making meat pies. Over §OO pies were con- sumed and the zucchini loaf sold out early. All members manned the booth with courtesy and expertise, and we would like to thank the public for supporting us by their attendance and encouraging us with their compliments. We hope we'll see everyone again next year at what appeared to be a TOP NOTCH Craft Fair.
