Frozen Canned Goods Are canned goods safe to eat after they've been frozen?Probably. As long as the seal hasn't been broken, decay organisms can't get in. However, there is a possibility of invisible hairline cracks developing. It is probably not worth the risk of eating them.Especially since texture and flavour are adversely affected by freezing.
