Strain soup and keep in ccol place. .MEAT LOAF 1^ lb. round steaJc, h-> lb. pork 2 eggs beaten, 2 tbsps. chili sauce, salt and pepper. 1 onion 1 carrot, 1 stalk celery, h cup com flakes, 1 tbs.p. fat. Have meat ground twicec Grate all i:igredients and mix well. Form into a round loaf by placing the meat on wax paper and form round and firm with youir handp, »emove paper. Heai Cooker, add shortening and sear un- til brown, loaf can be easily turned with pancake turner. After searing add 2 or 3 tbsps. water. Cook 15 mins. SWISS STEAK 2 lbs. round steak (1 inch thick) salt and pepper. 2 tab. fat, 1 small onion (cut fine), 2 tbsps. horseradish. Va cup water. Heat Cooker, add fat. Season steak dipped in flour pounded with knife. Brown on all sides. Place out onions on stetik with horseradish. .\dd water an^ cock 16 nans. Steak may be ewt into strips before cooking. About 3 to 5 strips to the pound. CHOCOLATE PUDDING 3 til>sps. shorteninjg, % cup sugr- ar, 1 eg^, 2 one oz. squares of umaweetened chocolate, 1 cup IMilk, 1% cup flour, 3 tap. bak- ing powder, 2 cops wiater.
