Westcott, wo ia still confined to his home with a scalded foot. Mr. Bishop preached a very enthusiastic sermon based on "The Word of God,'' which was quite appropriate for Thanksgiving. Hymns suitable for the occasion were used. We hope Mr. Westcott will soon be able to resume his duties. Fred Boyce has returned home Alberta, where he assisted with the harvest. Mr. and Mrs. Reg. Fawcett of Gait spent a couple of days with Mr. and Mrs. Jas. Fawcett. Mr. and Mrs. Garnet Magee spent a few days in Toronto. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Pedlar of Niag- ara Falls visited with Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Pedlar and o-ther relatives. Misses Mary and Isabel McK.ee and Mr. McCarthy of Toronto spent Thanksgiving with Mr. and Mrs. Thos. McKee. Miss Gladys Ducfcett was home from Toronto- over the week end.
