Ccwper of Markdale was the guest speaker at a well attended meeting of the Farm Forum held in the school house Monday evening, June 1st. He spoke on several sub- jects of vital interesit to a farming community, chiefly the Federation of Agriculture, and following the ad- dress, answered questions. Earlier in the evening, the Forum had listened to the address by Mr H. H. Hannam, president of the Canadian Federation of Agriculture, which was broadcast over CBL. Mr. Hannam spoke -on "The Farmer Looks at Price Control." Several questions on the subject were discussed by the Forum and opinions given will be answered along with the opinions of the Forums by Mr. Don- ald Gordon, chairman of the War Time Prices and Trades Board, at th< iir.iudea.-vt on the evening of June 15. The Forum decided to meet again in the school house ion the above date and have Hon. F. R. Oliver as guest speaker following the broadcast.
