Pherrill of Markdale will conduct the service. St. Mary's Guild vrill meet at th« home of Mrs. Springgay at Fever- sham on Thursday, April 2l8t. The sacred concert held on Good Friday, under the auspices of the Y. P.S., was very well attended amd was very impressive. The first part of the service was devoted to singing and hymns pertaining to the last words the Savior spoke, and the sec- ond part was a pageant on "Thy Kingdom Come!" Mr. Roy Thompson, who has been working at Bowmanville for the past few months, has returned home. Mrs. S. Elliott and two children are spending their holidays with Mr. Elliott here. Mrs. Walter Seeley of Toronto spent the holidays here. Mr. James Kerton of Walkerton spent the week end with relatives here. We are sorry to report Mr. Leonard Seeley ill with blood poisoning. The musical Shiels family of Ches- ley is giving a brand new program in the agricultural hall on Friday, April 22nd, at 8.16 p.m. A good time ia assured.
