A SUCCESSFUL FOWL SUPPER The fowl supper under the auspices of the Ladies' Aid of the United church here was a decided success. A bountiful supper was served from 6 to 8 o'clock to which Till did ample justice. After the supper a program consisting of a play "Home Acres" was given by the Osprey young people and was well received. The church | was packed to the doors. Mr. Bamford acted as chairman and Miss Donalda Sloan sang a solo in her usual pleasing manner There was a. good attendance at church Sunday Nov. 10th to hear the Thanksgiving service which was preached by the pastor Rev.
