Umt^r Kimherley Tied The Schedule Kimberley tied up the regular schedule of the Centre Grey League by defeating Dundalk 12 to 9 at Kim* berley on Friday afternoon of last week. The affair was a free hitting contest and Kimberley slammed out 33 hits over three Dundalk pitchers, while they could only secure 27 off Smith's offerings. Smith and Clug- ston was the battery for Kimberley while Douglas, Walker, C. Thompson did the curve ball acts to subdue the Kimberley heavy hitters. Sfontgom- ery caught for Dundalk. The score by innings was: Dundalk â€" 003210003â€"9 Kimberley â€" 02011150 2â€"12 The play off games are to be held on August 24th at Kimberley and on August 31st at Dundalk, when large crowds are expected to take in the games, as interest in the final games is mounting.
