And whereas the amount .it the exist- ing debenture debt of tho said Township of Artemesia is $12,289.54, and no part of the principal or interest is in arrear, and the amount of -the debenture debt of the Township of Glenelg is $1,407.01 and no part of tho principal interest is in arrear.
