The oil drillers at Kimberley are at present much elated at the prosjject of getting oil. At a depth of 500 feet the slate ruck was struck and on Monday the rock brought up by the drill was strongly impregnated with indicatioiw of oil or gas. The drillers confidently expect to find something this week â€" oil or gas or b<jth. An interesting find was made in con- nection with the drilling on Saturday, when, just before reaching the rock at 500 feet, teeth and pieces of bone were brought up. The teeth are said to 8<)raewhat resemble horses teeth. These should be preserved for scientific purposes. Anction Sales.
