Lieut.-Col. E. F. Armstrong has succeeded in getting to France was the word that was received by his sister, Mrs. F. H. W. Hickling. Ern. reverted to the rank of Captain and is with the Field Ambulance as dental surgeon. He has been trying to get to France ever since landing in England, but it was only recently that he succeeded in getting there.
