At the December meeting of Eugenia Lodge the following officers were elected for 1887, viz: [reformatted for clarity] Master, H. Williams; D. Master, S. Pedler; Chaplin, Rev. J. S. Corocan; R. Secretary, James Williams; Fin. Sec., James Brodie; Treasurer, John W. Hoath; D. of C., John Williams; Lecturer, Ephraim Brodie. Committee men: Robt. Campbell, George Parks, Josepg Fenwicks, Henry Weber and Josiah Cooper Tyler, Thomas Crow. This lodge is in a prosperous condition having a surplus in the treasurer and a membership of 35, being an increase of seven during the past year. Meetings on Wednesday night on or before full moon in each night. Visiting brethren always welcome COM.
