On the 8th inst. the patrons of the above cheese factory met in the Town Hall, Flesherton, to elect officers for the season of 1886, with the following result: President, George Stewart; Secretary, James Brodie. _Directors_ Rout No.1, W. W. Wright. [Rout No.2], W. Hill. [Rout No.3], W. Pickel. [Rout No.4], W. Wilcock. [Rout No.5], T. Wright. Rout No.6], H. Meldrum. [Rout No.7], D. McCallum. Auditors--W. Wilcock and W. Harrison. It was also intended to let the milk drawing on the various routs at this meeting, but owing to certain proposed changes in some of the routs, this matter was left over until the 5th of April. There was also considerable discussion about the patrons forming a joint stock company and buying the factory from Mr. Garrett, but no definite action was taken in the matter. Com.
