I believe Olsen was only a sub-contractor, probably working on a section for J.D.McArthur.
Most of the Linde photographs I have seen include: Chambers, Mc & Mc and Anderson & J (Johnson), of Winnipeg known subcontractors for J.D.McArthur and others.
For the contract east of Superior Junction (Sioux Lookout) was awarded to O'Brien, Fowler & MacDougall. Since M.J.O'Brien was involved with that and other NTR contracts, you will find a summary of the NTR contracts in the book: O'Brien: from water boy to one million a year.

Olson & Larsson were contractors on other sections near Ingolf - though it's certainly possible that they also subcontracted under others. S.P. Olson was my great-grandfather.
