- Gold Shore Mine, began operations in 1937 and averaged 125 tons per day in it's two years of operation. It was the fourth largest gold producer in the Red Lake area. Located on McKenzie Island, this property consisted of 30 mine claims and grossed $750,000 thousand dollars.
