Raymond Hebert plead guilty to a charge of Careless Driving, and .was fined $503.75. The charge was laid by Terrace Bay Police. Kenneth Johansen plead guilty to a Terrace Bay Police Charge of Possession of an Explosive Substance. He was given a conditional discharge. Gordon M. Young of Schreiber plead guilty to a Schreiber OPP charge of Driv- ing with a blood alcohol con-. tent.of more than 80 mgs. Young was fined $600 for the offence. The PAC will discuss reme- dial options for Blackbird Creek. Municipal election recount A recount in last month's municipal election has not changed the face of Terrace Bay Town Council. Mary Cashmore requested that the returns be counted again, after the initial results indicated only seven votes sep- arated her and Chris Joubert for the last spot on Council. But when the votes were tal- lied again last Thursday mom- ing at the Terrace Bay Munici- pal office, Cashmore was still out of council.
