Page 3, News, Tuesday, October 1 1991 Eric and Shirley Opas present a cheque for $3,277 to Clem Fewer, Chief Executive Officer of the McCausland Hospital, and Darlene Mosley, an X- ray technician at the hospital. The donation was made in memory of the Opas' son Gary. The money was raised after their son's death, and originally was part of a Diving Accident Prevention Fund, set up by the defunct Northshore Dive Club. The money will go to the 'Freddy the Fracture Finder' fund, to help with the McCausland' s drive to purchase an X-ray machine. Mr. Opas said he and his wife decided to donate the money so that "the whole region could benefit. Now it will be here forever." OPEN HOUSE FRIDAY OCTOBER 4TH 200 A.M. sed 300 P.M.
