Richard Scott, born in Orillia, Ontario, will be here for another 3- 4 weeks. Doctor Scott, a very soft-spo- ken man. attended Queen's Medical School where hecom- pleted his studies in 1986. He followed in the footsteps of his father, who was also a doctor, and finds it an interesting job. Doctor Scott has worked in Quebec, Manitoba, Ontario, and St. John's, Newfoundland. He also worked in Sudan on the Ethiopian border training refugee health workers for 5 months. When asked how he liked small towns in general Dr. Scott replied,"The people are pretty self-reliant but small towns are friendly."
