NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH Hundreds of contracts are negotiated every year without strikes. However when THE MEMBERSHIP in a particular locale are not satisfied with a company offer; strike action may be contemplated. The C.P.U. constitution and strike policy clearly lay out the procedure, and are even more demanding than what the law requires.
