News Briefs Dog owners should get dog tags The Terrace Bay Police Force reports that the 1988 dog tags are now available at the township office. If a dog is found loose without a tag, the owner will be prosecuted; this is also the case even if the dog is on the owner's property without a tag. Two men charged Terrace Bay Police Constable Ralph Polches reports that on Feb. 3 at 3:30 a.m., two Terrace Bay residents were charged with break and enter at the high school. The men were charged as a result of an inves- tigation and are to appear in court at a later date. Lutheran Church Although the Lutheran Church in Terrace Bay does not have a full time pastor, Hilda Hiebert told the News a pastor is coming to Terrace Bay twice a month for services. The pastor, Minister Mannula, comes from the Lappe Church in Thunder.Bay. He also has the Nipigon congregation and the North Shore. Mannula will be in Terrace Bay on Feb. 14 at 3:30 p.m. for services in the chapel at Birchwood Terrace. Hiebert said the church body. for this area has informed her that they are looking into getting a full time pastor for the Lutheran Church.
