To whom it may concern: With the 86-87 hockey season winding down I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who coached and volunteered their time to organize and teach my kids the sport of hockey. the arena has been a heated one to say "the least. I, myself, do not skate or for that matter, know a lot about this sport. I do know that my boys enjoy the game and the practices and without the coaches, convenors, executives and others giving of their time, none of this would be possible. With any luck, my family and I will be moving to our home in Rossport where there is no organiz- ed hockey to speak of. I suspect that my boys will be playing for the 'Shovellers' (that's when you go down to the lake and shovel off a piece of ice, weather permitting, of - course).
